You begin on a remote island, with space to slow down after the long journey from Europe. Only then do you move inland, into the rainforest, wildlife and living landscape of Andasibe.
Every part is carefully connected and guided throughout — so it becomes a complete experience rather than a collection of hotels, transfers and excursions.

The pace
This is a curated expedition, not an endurance challenge. There is time to rest, but guests should be comfortable with tropical conditions, uneven paths, changing weather and the realities of travel in Madagascar.

Season and conditions
May to November is the principal premium season. Journeys from January to March may be considered by request, but conditions are more weather-dependent and require greater flexibility.
